There is one plan. The tiers change the price per seat, never the feature set, so nothing on this list is reserved for a higher spend.

What you are not paying for
BugBundler has no storage tier, because reports are never uploaded. There is no per-report cost, no retention plan to pick and no bandwidth line on the invoice — the file is written to the reporter's own machine.
It also means the people you send reports to cost nothing. A developer, a client or an external contractor can open an exported report without an account, a licence or a seat. You pay for the people capturing bugs, not the people reading them.
Common questions
Does the person opening a report need a seat?
No. An exported report is a self-contained HTML file that opens in any browser with no account and no licence. Seats cover the people capturing bugs.
Is there a plan for fewer than five people?
Not at the moment — five seats is the minimum, so the smallest plan is around $145 per month. If your team is smaller than that, get in touch and say so; it is useful to know how often it comes up.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically, because starting a trial does not require a card. If you want to continue, you set up billing at that point.
Do cheaper tiers lose any features?
No. Every tier gets every feature, including console and network capture, encrypted exports and EU-hosted account data. Volume changes the seat price and nothing else.
Where is billing and account data stored?
In the EU. Cloud Functions run in Finland and the database is in Stockholm, Sweden. Report content is not stored by us. It stays on the reporter's machine unless they send it to your Jira, in which case it passes through our EU infrastructure to reach Jira and is not retained. How do I change the number of seats?
Contact us with the new seat count. The tier is applied by volume, so crossing 15 or 40 seats moves the per-seat price without changing anything else.
